What it means for you
The center touchscreen measures 12.3 inches; the driver display is 10.25 inches. The first handles infotainment and vehicle information, while the second sits behind the wheel. During a demonstration, check that you can read each comfortably from your own seating position.
Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support let compatible phones connect without a cable. Pair your own device while parked, choose a familiar destination and try the audio controls. A demonstration with your phone answers more than a list of supported features.
Wireless phone integration and a wireless charging pad do different jobs. Jeep lists the charging pad as available equipment. If you want it, check the exact vehicle and try your phone with its normal case during the demonstration.
A 360-degree camera and a digital rearview mirror are available. Ask to see each on an equipped vehicle. Examine the displayed surroundings while parked and compare the mirror view with the conventional view. Keep checking the real surroundings; a display is an aid to your own observation.
