Chrysler Pacifica Fuse Box Guide
The 2026 Chrysler Pacifica owner's manual lists one fuse panel: the Power Distribution Center (PDC) in the engine compartment, near the battery. Here is where it is, how to open it and replace a fuse, and which fuses cover common items like the horn, wipers, heated seats and power sliding doors, on both Base and Hybrid models.

The short answer
The 2026 Pacifica's Power Distribution Center is in the engine compartment near the battery. It holds cartridge fuses, mini-fuses, micro-fuses, circuit breakers and relays, and a label identifying each component is printed on the inside of the cover. Turn the engine off first, open the cover by unlatching its two side locks without tools, and replace a fuse only with one of the same amp rating.
Where the Chrysler Pacifica fuse box is
Power Distribution Center (PDC)
In the engine compartment near the battery. It contains cartridge fuses, mini-fuses, micro-fuses, circuit breakers and relays.
The label
A label that identifies each component is printed on the inside of the PDC cover.
Gas and hybrid models
The 2026 chart covers both. Some cavities list one circuit for Base models and another for Hybrid models, and the chart notes that some items are If Equipped.
Trim and content
The manual notes that the function and amperage of the fuses differ depending on vehicle trim level and content, so check the label on your cover.
From the 2026 Chrysler Pacifica Owner's Manual (Underhood Fuses, page 275; fuse chart, pages 276 to 287), read November 4, 2026.
Opening and closing the fuse box cover
The manual's steps for the Power Distribution Center:
- Before any procedure on the PDC, make sure the engine is turned off.
- Remove the cover by unlatching the two locks at each side of the PDC cover. Avoid using screwdrivers or any other tool to remove the cover, since they may apply excessive force and result in a broken or damaged part.
- After service is done, secure the cover with its two locks.
The manual cautions that the cover must be properly positioned and fully latched. Otherwise water may get into the power distribution center and possibly cause an electrical system failure.
From the 2026 Chrysler Pacifica Owner's Manual (Underhood Fuses, page 275), read November 4, 2026.
How to check and replace a Pacifica fuse
The manual says fuses protect electrical systems against excessive current. When a device does not work, check the fuse element inside the blade fuse for a break or melt; the manual's illustration compares a good (functional) fuse element with a blown (not functional) one. Its rules for replacing one:
- Before replacing a fuse, make sure the ignition is off and that all the other services are switched off and/or disengaged.
- Always use a replacement fuse with the same amp rating as the original. Never replace a fuse with another fuse of higher amp rating.
- Never replace a blown fuse with metal wires or any other material, and do not place a fuse inside a circuit breaker cavity or vice versa.
- If the replaced fuse blows again, contact an authorized dealer.
- If a general protection fuse for safety systems (air bag system, braking system), power unit systems (engine system, transmission system) or the steering system blows, contact an authorized dealer.
The manual warns that failure to use proper fuses may result in serious personal injury, fire and/or property damage. It also notes that using power outlets for extended periods of time with the engine off may result in vehicle battery discharge.
