Minivan Comparison
The Chrysler Pacifica outshines the Honda Odyssey in three big areas and is filled with
safety features, too:
- Engine Power and Towing. The Pacifica's standard engine produces 7 more hp and provides 3,600 pounds of towing power versus the Odyssey's 3,000 pounds.
- Suspension and Handling. The Pacifica has vehicle speed-sensitive power steering for better control and feel for the road, plus drift compensation steering to help adjust for challenging road conditions. Neither of these are available on the Odyssey.
- Standard Ergonomics. An oil pressure gauge, driver-controlled power windows, heated outside mirrors, automatic dimming side mirrors, and dual-zone air conditioning are standard issue on the Pacifica. The Odyssey doesn't have an oil pressure gauge or auto-dimming side mirrors, and you have to upgrade for the rest.
Chrysler Pacifica Reviews
