On the GT HEMI, Brembo brakes and 8,700-lb towing come with the optional Tow 'n Go package.

R/T 392 Premium
Adds a leather-wrapped instrument panel, forged carbon-fiber interior accents, a suede headliner, a 19-speaker Harman Kardon system with an 825-watt amp and Brembo brakes with two-piece front rotors; yellow Brembo calipers are an option exclusive to the R/T 392 Premium.

Dodge's 2027 press kit says the R/T 392 gets more customization: a new R/T 392 Plus model, the new Blacktop Redline package, Forged Brass Monkey wheels, red seat belts and, only on the R/T 392 Premium, yellow brake calipers.
Across the 2027 lineup, every Durango has a HEMI V8: the 5.7L GT HEMI, the 6.4L R/T 392 and the supercharged 6.2L SRT Hellcat. Dodge said ordering was open in June 2026 with vehicles arriving at dealers in the fall.
